Sorry if I have to keep harping on the CC,but if you listen closely to what Kim says starting at 23:41 thru 24:48 He seems fixated on things like,one chance to get it right,not meeting standards and specifications,first impressions,etc.etc.

I think he maybe unable to accept nothing less then perfection,which maybe a lofty goal,but not realistic.It could explain a lot why SH are so frustrated.
