I am in Yellowstone with very limited internet access, so it is difficult to download, translate, and post the entire document. Basically the mining agency has responded and documented all the relevant facts, including the modification for roadway materials. They remind NEWC that the environmental permit is still necessary before mining can begin. The document recognizes all the steps that NEWC has taken and promises to stay engaged with NEWC throughout the process.
When I return from vacation I will follow up with the environmental agency to try to drag a review schedule out of them.
This is simply a very long process, but at least it is officially moving forward. NEWC still needs investors; hopefully someone is waiting in the wings for the permits to be issued and then step in with investment $$ for development.
I continue to view John's other ventures as attempts to somehow raise the revenue to fund the mining operation. This is his real dream.
I continue to be a believer, knowing full well that others would classify that as a "dreamer." I guess we all have our dreams, right?
By the way, Yellowstone and the Tetons are simply wonderful. This is probably my 10th trip out here and it never gets old.
