We received notification yesterday to appear before the mining agency for a formal notification which is attached. It basically states that our license is in process and that no mining work is to be done until approved because they can come visit anytime. This is good news because it shows they been working on our file since Sept. 4.

The letter also includes a 25 page background history of our mining title and each step we've taken in detail. This serves as verification to any interested investor that we are real and everything we are saying is verifiable, with surging prices for met coal, this should help us get started.

Colombia will be in the news big time on Monday and Tuesday because the gov't is signing a peace deal with the FARC in Cartagena on Monday. I would like to go there and try to weasel my way into the reporters and politicians coming from all over the world and promote our coal and MMJ/Hemp operations. John Kerry and a U.S delegation will be there, as well as many foreign dignitaries. Then on Sunday, Oct. 2, the people will vote on the Peace Deal, so Colombia will be in the news again the following week.
