The main reason companies do a reverse merger with a shell is to be able to go public sooner than if they went public from scratch. Malecon must have known the requirements before they executed the deal. Nevertheless, I'm as frustrated as anyone else about having to wait so long. It just doesn't help to complain every day. All we can do is wait. In the meantime, I have to believe that the pps is way undervalued at this time. It's a good time to load up.
