I think these new investors are privvy to some inside info and probably feel that
R/S is a low risk at this point ... Why else would they get in now ??? Could they have waited for a higher price ??
Maybe? Anyways as Growth said they got their cash, bad news out of the way.... The PR'S should be rolling in from here on forward ... Everybody mark Nov 17 on their calendars !!!
