Sounds like they are getting on very well and there is a lot of synergy and things that can be learned from each other.
Wonder how much hydrogen they actually produce (its fine having capacity but there aren't 4 million cars so they obviously aren't making much at the moment)
Andy may be checking out the next tier of production facility since they need more than a bank of reformers to do local distribution companies (bus fleets) as well as all tethered vehicles for a city

Definitely showing that PLUG is a hydrogen first company now and GenDrives are a commodity item to be used in the end vehicles either fork lifts, GSE or Workhorse chassis range extenders. Of course the commodity item is what gives theme the margins so cannot be ignored but for strategic developments it is all about hydrogen.
