The very low share structure (188,894,625 shares for the OS) was one of the reasons why I felt it worth the risk here with UHLN. Having filed audited financials with the SEC and trading here in the .000s could prove to have some merit for a company merging or being acquired too. Also, I think that their business model is interesting and could prove to bring some growth too:
