yes, good news / bad news, low price, 20% more dilution, could have waited perhaps,
but institutional purchases, got needed cash and hopefully bad news out of the way

let see if they keep the shares or just the warrants,

hope they have good news to back this up,

the FDA decision will make all the difference at this point
