What transfer? News release stated - "SHOM has partnered with KC Global Inc., a research and development company based in Nevada. KC Global Inc. will assist SHOM with the development of healthcare related products that the companies plan to sell and distribute in the US and Asian markets."

Just trying to find out all the info I can, i have maxed out in shares and waiting just like you.

By the way another shell was created by Dotres in WY called Southern Home Medical Solutions Inc. It makes sense that this would be the new name after the merger completion.
