Judge granted my motion to amend judgment from treaty energy to trimerica energycorp and andrew l kramer
And another hearing scheduled for oct 3rd
I know Andrew l kramer and trimerica energy corp won't show up to court from
New Orleans
Andrew never showed up so he has banch warrant for that
But if he shows up I will just state to judge that why Andrew is responsible for treaty judgment
I am going to show the email from Andrew
which he stated that treaty energy has more than 2 millions in judgment before me and treaty has no ability to pay since as you know treaty has no income for years which means this was fraudulent transfer of company to get away from judgment and debt that Andrew Lewis Kramer did so he is responsible for judgment of treaty energy
