As I expected…shareholders are wondering why the shares of some entitled them to payment while others got nothing. The common stock is not secured and if there was a distribution, it should have gone to all shareholders based on shares held. From your comment it appears that shares were used as the basis for distribution since there was an option to cash the check or hold your shares and take a percentage of the company.



Please let me know what you find out and why some who held shares received money and others didn’t. Thank you.
