Show me one success...just one! Financials look like they are using shares as capital. That equates to dilution if/when APCX ever trades again. Meanwhile they have very little revenue. Loses are huge....the lock is still in place. And they tell everyone to stop bothering them so they can get something done....after years of nothing I expect more of the same.
