Well you state in your post that they are going to register the shares THEN the s1 will be filed . So you obviously do need to know .
And Bill never said an S1 was filed that I saw . In fact he stated that the shares would not trade till a license was granted from health Canada . Since medical marijuana was the business plan .
Now we have a brand new plan . Street lights ! Can't what to read that S1 filing . Bills 5 billion a year dream just went 80,000 .
