I wouldn't call it an assumption, I'd say it's an educated guess based on manifest facts and my previous experience reporting scams.

Fact 1: No penalties or fines etc. have been levied against the lying bitch.

Fact 2: No penalties or fines will be levied against the lying bitch, or they already would have.

Fact 3: Nothing she could do in v3.0 could be any more fraudulent than what she got away with in 2.0, so if that wasn't enough to induce an investigation, nothing else will be.
The fraud she executed was so blatant and egregious that it's unf'nbelievable that she got away with it scot free.

Fact 4: It really makes no difference if penalties or fines are levied against the lying bitch, because shareholders aren't gettin' their $$$ back.
