BNP Paribas tried to force a liquidation via a USD96 million loan default. The Cayman Court rejected that...and the Note holders of a rough USD600 million plus is keen on the restructuring plan submitted by the Company. It went to Court Sept 1...and the judge allowed a continuance(8 weeks)...which is what was wanted via company and shareholders.

They went from USD550 million in revs in 2011 to around 90 million currently...given the coal decline(again..refer to the recent surge this month...incredible! Keep it on your watch list at all times...because it's a go. Always can come back and play...eh?

The JPL report via the Company shows a tip...and the new Government is considered the coal party....and so it goes.
