I could be way off base, but doesn't the volume today seem just out of place or off for the importance level of the news? More volume than the stuff from Australia that made the run into mid sixes. sheesh.
The manipulation of this is still fierce IMO. Thus prudence and green preservation are heightened IMO.
No skin in this right now for me so feel free to discount my thoughts accordingly.

All the huge volume days were in downtrends and sell off tops.
