I think MNII might be a little safer than FRAZ. MNII has 6 MM's while FRAZ only has 3. Also Nick, the high profile lawyer, is the President of MNII and only the secretary of the other.
I just think things will move quicker with MNII as far as being fully reporting. They are already reporting with NY SOS, they just need to do it with the OTC now.

You gotta figure the float is probably only 600k with MNII. Well I own 122k of that and I'm sure the rest of the board combined owns close to 200k. So that is probably why there isn't much action in MNII right now. I think there will be impatient sellers now that the US decided to wait one more year before it decides if it wants to remove Cuban sanctions or not. I think that it why someone (what looks like a small position) wants out. Someone keeps lowering the ask.
