Actually, reporting not required when Company stock below SEC defined thresholds for number of shareholders and total assets for trailing three years

It would be very helpful to Telvue investors to know the source of this unheard of statute or policy so that they can feel more comfortable in their investment choices. Regrettably due to the lack of any credible evidence to support the statement I've had to classify it right along with the woeful tales of naked shorting and the fantastical claims of the existence of a crack legal team retained by Telvue to assist investors with potential violations of insider trading statutes.
