urban there are hundreds of things that should have ended this frivolous troll lawsuit TMM initiated before it even started but unfortunately we are still here talking about it although likely not for much longer. The 2002-3 DFMI lawsuit has been posted in the past I saw it on DFMIs web site and maybe others its public knowledge along with the judges declaration in it about DFMI owning the license.

But so far the judge only reads the first line or two of each motion and nothing else, just too much bother for her. Thats why its such a great idea to boil it all down to just two small clear issues for her to end this. Maybe you cannot click something to see that evidence anymore or maybe you can but its all been seen by many or most here and its all public information.

And if she still doesnt want to read a few pages to end this then it goes on another 6-8 weeks and ends there. What is 100% certain though its that it ends in Dimensions favor TMM has ZERO chance to keep its stolen software whether it has a clue or not how to make it work.
