If you visit his office which is located in a mailbox at the UPS STORE in BumFudge, Virginia... in a second-rate strip mall... take pics and let us know how tiny of a man Frank Kristan is... he must be puny to fit his office into a mailbox at the UPS Store. Also... ask him why it has taken 2 or 3 years, so far, to deliver dividends... and ask what date, month, or year he plans to deliver that which he had promised shareholders. I suspect he never will. He values his stock at one cent, but only buys back shares at .0001. Why???
Frank Kristan literally told shareholders of WNTR to HOLD our shares of WNTR during three separate windows of time, in order to receive three separate dividends as a reward to "shareholders of record". During those three separate windows of time, the company proceeded to dump heavily on the hype created by the dividend "news". Frank Kristan or WNTR literally told everyone to hold their shares... while they massively diluted the stock and dumped a ton of shares of their own on hopeful and unsuspecting investors. Afterward, they did not deliver the promised dividends. One of three dividends, the first one, was created and distributed, but the GCHI dividend shares were never given any value, and the shares have never been tradeable. We got ripped off by Frank Kristan and his WNTR cohorts. They conned and manipulated us through lies and deceptive practices. I cannot believe this ticker and company haven't been halted and shut down. I cannot believe we live in The United States of America, and this is allowed to continue. Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc. is a sham, a scam, and not worth a second glance to new investors. This ticker is a ripoff and the only outcome to expect from WNTR is a huge LOSS. I lost 90%+ of my investment. I never got 2 of 3 dividends, and the one I still have has always been a worthless and non-tradeable placemarker. This stock is a no-go. Do not buy, IMO. Buyer beware.
