i liked todays 8-k for ZINCQ just put out today...thats why we saw a rise in the share price of ZINCQ today? regardless...sept 30th looks like a key date....the mumble jumble of today 8-k leaves room for manuever for a hostile takeover to someone interested in buying the HORSEHEAD HOLDING CORP...thats how i read between the lines of todays 8-k. ALSO THIS IS KEY!!!!! if you look at the technical charts for ZINCQ, you will see a reversal in charts happening...if ZINCQ breaks .0150 tommorow, ZINCQ share price could go to 5 or 6 cents a share confirming a true reversal....getting back to the 8-k from today, i see some slack cutting taking place...meaning that the company's financials are in better shape then discusssed a month ago. full disclosure ..I own shares of ZINCQ..I have no short position in ZINCQ.
