agree, but sounds like a really stupid mistake they made. I would hate to be the one that thought that was OK and convinced others it was OK (cause you know many within the company had to have questioned it) and now dealing with a rejection, huge investor losses and potential lawsuits. I stayed long and doubled up on the drop below 3 and see LPCN as a very strong buy at this pps, but still very disappointing how we got here. The one thing that's curious to me is how the pps dropped and dropped and dropped leading up to the FDA decision like everyone except me knew it would be rejected. Those lawsuits should look into that. It has been a learning experience for sure.
