then if its the quiet time ,we need to know that.(from randall) the license has been issued years ago and no reason this game plan shouldnt be executing as we speak . looking for stellar news in Q3 report . hopefully it all comes together , randall will be rich beyond immagination and others may not need to worry too much about the cost of anything . others ,like the shorters,like to take the money before anyone else has a chance to get any .when you place a bet like we are ,the last thing you want is for someone to steal the bet money(shorters) with good news ,will come a rise in share price to where the shorters dont want to play and the investors will rejoice . after 1.5 years of saying this was a .69 stock, and we are less then .07 .you could even get a better rate at a bank at .1%, and I'm not a big fan of banks!!!
