Hopefully Covey will be out and be forced to forfeit his shares to the major investors. Then, new management and possible sell.

Btw Ironridge will be up to the plate soon before the SEC. Their current argument has been thrown out in 2 other recent cases. Covey out - Ironridge out (with possible payback to APT) = possible turnaround here.
