Gut check time....

The vote to authorize the reverse split is NOT a done deal. There is so much common out there owned by retail that management probably has no idea how it will go. IF it passes, the secondary will proceed. IF it doesn't pass...I believe the banker will pull the plug and the company will fold.
The results should be released by the end of September.

If I owned any common...and I do not....I would vote to authorize the RS just to give the company a shot at completing the secondary.
