That number keeps rising, now 35. Sounds like the percentage chance that erhe will trade below a penny. 35% seems kind of low to me as the toxic price spiral appears to be in full swing and tracking the previous one that took the price to .0003.

I'd guess it's much closer to a 95% chance of breaking a penny and at least 50 - 50 it will trade below 2 cents this week. As the trading unfolds I'm sure that 35% number will continue to rise.
