These are the kinds of properties that miners found to be a mistake in the last cycle. At one time, I liked this company. I would not touch it right now and am OUT. They need a good property that will be a short term producer. They dont need a worthless property with very marginal grades, and they dont have an extra few million that they can throw at garbage properties.
