The defendants' have been withholding documents by attempting to exert executive and deliberative privilege and taking extensive time to deliver. This procedural tactic is holding up the case from moving forward since there is no justified privilege present. They were compelled to produce document in order, 270, originally filed on 11/23/2015

**SEALED** MOTION to Compel , filed by All Plaintiffs.Response due by 12/10/2015. (Attachments: # 1 Appendix Volume 1, # 2 Appendix Volume 2, # 3 Appendix Volume 3, # 4 Appendix Volume 4)(Cooper, Charles)

You can check this docket site to see how they delayed Order 270 by requesting extension after extension. A year has almost past.

Judge Sweeney's order is compelling production of documents per 270 and added a punitive measure of a writing a justification memorandum that gives the threat of payment for the Plaintiffs expenses that are connected with the motion to compel.
