That's not even wrong. To suggest someone would pay 10,000 times the valuation because the CEO, "is a great person", just is beyond the pale. Odd how that never came up in any of the valuation audits I've conducted.

1. "Yes, please tell us about the moral fiber of your C-Level execs. We pay a premium for high morals you know because that's so important to the person that just broke the piggy bank to load up on 1,000,000 shares of your crap company."

Makes perfect sense - said no one, ever.

4. Documentation? What? The plastic toy robots? Huh?

5. Also, oddly missing from the valuation criterion one sees in businesses.
