How is this not good for us shareholders?

JD19, if LPI would not have stepped in inviting us (LIEG) into the NewCo JV then this company would probably have been out of money by the end of the year and foundering just to keep the lights on in a temporary virtual office somewhere. Now there is $2Mil invested in the project and and test drilling is moving ahead nicely, the lights are on and company updates will probably start flowing regularly once more to us shortly proving we are alive again. And besides, I am willing to bet WML was probably clandestinely fixing to gerrymander that old deal to put us either upside down or at best have us just treading water in place.
