Looks like Joel got caught. The site wasn't hijacked. Joel sold it to the "adult" purveyor for money, which he almost certainly pocketed himself. I am sure his "lawyer" is expensive.

And now he is threatening people in order to distract attention from his SEC issues (which he seems to now admit he is guilty of securities fraud, but states he will just "get a fine". Not how it works, Joel - didn't your lawyer tell you that?) and convince the bagholders that everything is fine.
