Holding shares of PSPW is participating to a project from the starting point. I don't think that the pps is relevant for the party involved at this stage as the financing is not going to be from the sale of shares.
A pps at 0.0001 or 1$ is of interest only for the few common shareholders, who have no voting power (in terms of majority).

The frustration is a consequence of the lack of volume and big spread as any common shareholder can't trade a substantial number of shares without moving the pps... premium to pay to go in, discount to go out.
So this is a wait and see situation with no information. But with one certitude : this is not a dilutive machine, 10K are released on due time and Falak does not keep this Company alive for no reason.
Let's hope to have some information soon but nothing to worry about for the moment.
