People were told it was a bargain 4 cents, then 3 cents and two cents. At .015 we were told it would never go lower and the board was guaranteed anyone who bought at that price would make money. LOL That guarantee doesn't look so good now, but it did serve the purpose for which it was intended; i.e allowing a few insiders to off load their paper onto others.

Of course , we were also told it was a bargain at .012, .01, .008, .007, & .006, etc, etc.

HINT: there are no bargains when a scam is dying ... and this one is beyond dying. It is decomposing!
