The 13 hedge funds discussing and planning a short attack simultaneously like they did is what is criminal. But just like politicians and their families they seem to be untouchable and if they do catch them its a small fine and a slap on the wrist.
BBW said him and his other 12 wolf pack Hedge fun group made 440,000 dollars a piece shorting SVFC into the ground.
Companys offer discounted stock all the time, I don't think there is anything Illegal about such an offering.
