Well S&P downgrades Bas from a C to a D for there forbearance agreement because they couldn't make there payment.why everyone's doing cartwheels over this announcement I don't know? Yes it gives them time but saying the price was going to double after the PR...REALLY???? I'm thinking this continues to slide unless we get help from oil prices?
