PATENTS: The Company has many issued United States Patents and pending United States Patent Applications:
Patent Status and Strategy:
1. CURRENT STATUS AND STRATEGIES The Company has four families of patents:
a. Solid Compositions having Enhanced Physical and Electrical Properties These have basic applications on variety of metal-carbon nanotube combinations.
1. Plaw Matter Only to Link Family – Metal or Alloy with Improved Physical and Electrical Properties. This is a Kryron upgrade to Kryron-Graphine appearing to have enhanced thermal and electrical properties, in addition to increased mechanical strength and work hardening.
b. Ballistic Strike Plate & Assembly. These cover the initial use of Kryron in protective gear (far superior to other armor)
c. Heat Sink Composition and Method of Forming the Composition & High Efficiency Heat Sink.
d. Method of Making a High Efficiency Electrical Wire.
The Company owns all patents, which have expirations dates around 2028 — 2040
a. Seven US patents have been issued: six on Metal-carbon combos; one on armor
b. Six are Pending for heat sinks, wire and the new Kryron-Graphine.
c. 26 Foreign patent applications have been filed in Australia, Canada, Chile, Europe, Mexico, Japan, South Korea and WIPO – World Intellectual Property Organization.
The Company has procedures to maintain secrecy on certain product aspects that do not require disclosure in patents.
Note: All formulas and recipes have been documented and placed in bank vaults with the documentation and a video of the preparation process. The process has been documented and taught to ensure continuation of the Company in any disaster recovery situation.
