former attorney suspended - Richard Weed

The fallout against Peter Michaels' associate and former attorney Richard Weed is looking pretty serious.

After being convicted of multiple felonies
(conspiracy/securities fraud, multiple counts or wire fraud), they are going after this attorney, big time.

Too bad California is so lax on enforcement. Weed should have his license revoked permanently from the Cali Bar. At least he cannot be a SEC attorney anymore.
