I'm invested in another example of this called Mobivity (MFON). It's the same deal - only interest is growing the company.
The only reason I mention the other ticket on an Encompass (ENCC) board is that I know the other company personally. The whole operation for them is to grow legitimately and sell the company to someone that wants to acquire their proprietary software. There are a TON of parallels from the business model to how the management team is structured, the float and how the management team communicates both directly and to the public.
I've been holding and buying both for many years now.
I'm more convinced than ever that ENCC is a good bet. As man said earlier, it is not going to be a quick profit. There are big risks too, they have a long way to go in making it the acquisition target they want it to be...but at least the focus is there.
I think we are years away from the pay dirt I had hoped had already come ($1+++). It could very well spike on a promo to .10 or .20 in a moment, but would likely settle back in around here without a financial breakthrough.
