Almost there, NVCN is ripe and at the tail end of wrapping up getting out of the courts(tail end involves appeals and we are a good time into it)

SC 13G >= 5% Acquisition ---> this is whats next, on watch for these filings as they will want more shares , we know the Major holders own most shares about 50mil out of the 66mil outstanding

When they make a move we move, the Mutual funds direct holders and Institutions are the controllers here

Retail exposure has also grown during these past 4 months , this is added upside pressure coming coupled with the Majors
