I never suggested you were hiding anything. I asked was the company hiding the fact they didn't obtain the LOC, that's all.

As I have said repeatedly they can file an amended Form 10 and update everyone at once, or even an 8K with the LOC as an exhibit. The SEC wants transparency.

As far as the share structure goes, ask the TA. TA's give out share structure all the time, as long as they aren't gagged by the company. The SEC allows such disclosures. Most TA's require an email inquiry.
