Why would they say no to India?? Lol. The whole reason why HITES was chosen was because of their past projects and their construction partnerships and endeavors. There is no reason why ANY financier would say no to India. HITES would have never been chosen at all if that's the case. Not to mention manufacturing costs are cheaper in India. It would be kinda foolish to outsource construction and manufacturing to the US or Canada.
