Currently Bevo Agro cannot be traded in USA? Correct? I'm glad to see that the technology will almost surely be successful but it really stinks that I've invested thousands of dollars in URBF over the last 6 years and it's now almost worthless because the technology, assets and patents are "given" to others to reap the rewards. I wish Bevo Agro would issue shares to URBF shareholders and not at the current pittance price levels. I wonder what some of the other early shareholders are thinking like Ned Goodman with Dundee Corp, Richard Groome (former CEO and major shareholder), etc. Lots of people invested millions of dollars to keep URBF going through the tough development years. Now Bevo Agro has snatched it all up for $75K. Sweet deal for them and their shareholders. I think it is quite telling that Bevo Agro price share quickly went up by close to 50% when they acquired URBF. Shows that it was really worth much more than the $75K they acquired it for.
