I'm thinking it's more about access and to ease efforts of expanding Vitel's reach. Also, the potential of OncBioMune own pipeline should be considered even if in the earlier stages. Commercialization of Vitels products will need marketing and infiltration. Percentage base to keep OBMP insiders over Vitel's and issuing restricted shares. That should keep the merger from going out of control to where OMBP gives up too much. Certainly shares will be in the picture, where they price them is a question, our VWAP right now is so low. Vitel Laboratorios S.A. de C.V.is private so no idea at the moment what they think they're worth. Maybe some homework to do.

In editing as an afterthought, I'm also thinking it's possible that Vitel will be purchasing those restricted shares to become public. That would give OBMP the funds to move forward very nicely. :0)
