Yes it is very good that the meetings are becoming more frequent. I still thing the Obama admin will be able to work out something before he leaves office. If Cuba could agree to paying only 1/3rd of the claims to have the embargo lifted then I think both Cuba and US congress will approve the removal of the embargo.

I know that Cuba claims we owe them a lot of money. But the thing is that they will be bringing in so much money when the embargo is removed that it will be crazy. They will make up that loss in a few years IMO.
