"might be Andalays savior"?

Why would Andalay need a "savior" if it was indeed a legitimate
business that had license agreements and module suppliers building and installing modules with Andalays frame?

And why, if any of the BS that you list in this post
were remotely true, would the CEO not file financials and disconnect the phone to HIS OWN COMPANY???

Neither you nor the CEO has any valid excuse for doing this.
