Reminder: CGRW owns ZERO plants and doesn't own the greenhouse. They are just a "liason" and a "consultant" and the financials so far reflect very little if any payments going to the company from either NuGro or Category One. They have a lot of debt and their only real asset is a worthless license for "Candwich" that is carried at $250K. The auditor? An insider. The insiders? Long-time penny stock clowns Delmar Janovec and Brent Crouch.
