Following what? The trial? It doesn't mean spit even if they win. You do know about appeals, don't you? It will be years before they will see any cash. They won't survive unless some miracle occurs like some executive in a drunken state agrees to settle with them. If they do win, you may see a short term jump back to $2 as the uninformed will buy. Hope you have enough sense to sell to them and get out. Their mobile and consulting departments are nonexistent as far as revenue. It's definitely not a scam company but whatever the next level is called below scam, that's where you can put Finjan. Poorly run "company".
