for Kamoa and or Kakula or the entire company, over the next several months. These things can happen quickly. Friedland felt required to disclose a material event, in the form of a news release, that we are hiring an investment banker due to 4 fairly apparently serious inquiries.

These parties would have advised management: we are probably going to make an offer, or may well be making you guys an offer. We want you to know this.

Ivanhoe's management response: we are gonna need to respond. We can only do so if we have retained an investment banker. We will need to move promptly, without an untoward time delay.

We better have somebody on retension and quickly available to us, as this is time sensitive, especially with so many parties potentially involved in the process.
