MY ADVICE:SELL THE POP FOR GOODNESS SAKE! This stock is finished. Appeals to the federal circuit are almost never won. 9 of the 13 judges on the circuit were appointed by democrats who are totally allied with big tech to limit patent rights certainly for trolls like PTSC. A 3 judge panel hears the appeal and the odds are 2 of them are Democrat judges who cannot wait to crush trolls like PTSC! Do you actually think they are going to let a troll with expired patents waste even more of the courts time by sending this back to the district court for anything substantive that would help change the outcome? Absolutely no way. If it does get sent back it would be for some minor procedural issue that does not change the Markman ruling that ended you case. Sometimes they do that and I always wonder why!
