Current share price is $0.021, which is down about 98% from the $1 / share 52-week high.

Should see the TAER trade in the mid-sub penny range within the next 2-4 weeks based on the current price decline. That'll be a roughly 80% loss of capital for anyone crazy enough to buy in at these current prices.

Got to wonder what's buried in the un-filed 10-K, and the truth as to why its not filed....
